- ‘GalaxyTornado for WEMIX’ and ‘Rise of Stars for WEMIX’ Announced (working titles)
Wemade Tree announced two new games, ‘GalaxyTornado for WEMIX’ and ‘Rise of Stars for WEMIX(ROS)’, are slated to be serviced on its blockchain platform WEMIX(both are working titles).
‘GalaxyTornado for WEMIX’ is being developed by NT Games, whose global game development and service experiences include titles Ocean Tales, Goddess Kiss, and OVE Generation. On ‘GalaxyTornado for WEMIX’, players can take control of their own planet, earn resources, loot other planets’ resources or obtain items to become the most dominant planet master. A card collection achievement system allows planets to be strengthened in various forms, and players can make their planets unique through the pet system’s growth process. Rewards can be won on a tournament system based on players’ ranking. ‘GalaxyTornado for WEMIX’ has it all: you can build and grow, loot and compete, co-work and socialize. Yet it provides easy and intuitive playability, with little, if any, hurdle for all players.
‘ROS for WEMIX’, a SF strategy game developed by Wemade Max’ subsidiary LightCON, will also be serviced on the WEMIX platform.
‘ROS for WEMIX’ players get to conquer planets and expand their powers in the vast universe. Many types of strategic battles can be played; through combinations of captains and warships with various skills, users have a lot of choices. For example, they can form a swift team with high mobility, or a powerful team with great striking power. If a battle is won, users can mine resources from planets, and utilize them to expand their bases and add more power to their fleets. They can form an alliance to attack a powerful planet, or join a Council Conquest(GvG). Soft launching of ‘Rise of Stars’ in Australia, the Philippines, and Singapore was well received, and LightCON is making its best effort to improve the game, based on the feedback received.
MIR4 Global, serviced on the WEMIX Platform, is seeing great success. The game was first launched in North America, Asia, and Europe with 11 servers; now it’s also being serviced in South America and India, and its servers now number at 112 as of Oct. 6. The new lineup will expand the WEMIX ecosystem even further, and Wemade Tree plans to add more games to the platform.
